I may terminate your access to the Service, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or the laws of your actual place of residence. Any claims, legal proceeding or litigation arising in connection with the Service will be brought solely in the courts of the Province of Saskatchewan, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
